Issuer and store

This digital gift card is issued by Everleven (UK) Trading Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, for use only at https://www.acupuncture1993.co.uk. Its balance is denominated in GBP. It cannot be transferred to the other Acupuncture store. Check the store before purchasing a card for someone else.

Delivery and value

Gift cards are delivered by email; no physical card is supplied. Select the value and check the recipient details before purchase. Delivery is made after payment and any necessary payment verification, or on the selected supported send date. Contact customerservice@acupuncture1993.com if a gift-card email has not arrived.

Standard gift cards sell at face value. Welcome codes, member discounts and other product promotions do not reduce the gift-card purchase price. Eligible offers on products can still be used when paying with a gift card, subject to each offer's terms.

Gift cards have no expiry date and no inactivity fees.

Using your gift card

Enter the gift-card code at checkout on the issuing store. Use all or part of the balance; unused value remains on the card for later purchases. If the order costs more than the available balance, pay the difference using another available payment method. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

The balance remains in GBP. If the issuing store supports checkout in another currency, any supported conversion is shown at checkout; the amount available in that currency can change with the conversion rate. This does not allow redemption at the other Acupuncture store.

Cancellation, refunds and cash redemption

We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind cancellation, refund or exchange for purchased gift cards. This does not restrict any cancellation, refund or cash-redemption right required by applicable law. Gift cards are not otherwise redeemable for cash.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund, contact customerservice@acupuncture1993.com with the purchase details within the applicable period. Any required refund will follow the legally required method and timing. Store credit is not compulsory where a monetary refund is legally due. Any applicable statutory right, including an applicable UK online cancellation right, takes priority over these terms. Sending a digital code alone is not treated as an automatic waiver of such a right.

There is no requirement for the recipient to use the card in 14 days. The card has no expiry; any purchaser cancellation period is a separate matter.

Returns of goods paid for with a gift card

Goods purchased using a gift card retain the rights in our Returns & exchanges policy and any mandatory consumer rights. A refund attributable to gift-card payment returns to the original gift card, or an appropriate replacement if the original cannot be credited. A refund attributable to another payment method follows that payment method as applicable. This does not convert a cash-funded refund into compulsory store credit.

Keeping the code safe

Keep the code private and share it only with your intended recipient. Contact us promptly if a card has been sent to the wrong address or its code is lost. We can help identify or resend an unspent card after appropriate ownership checks. This does not exclude remedies where we are legally responsible.

Loyalty qualification

When the Acupuncture loyalty programme is available, qualifying gift-card spend belongs to the purchaser and remains pending until the applicable initial cancellation period has ended. Only then can that spend unlock a tier or contribute to its renewal. The relevant release date is based on the rules applicable to that purchase; we do not apply a universal 14-day period to every market.

This delay affects membership qualification only. It does not delay the recipient's ability to use the gift card, and the card has no expiry date. Any tier earned when pending spend is released starts its 12-month term at that release, rather than being backdated to the gift-card purchase. The qualifying spend retains its original purchase date for the rolling 12-month calculation.

Refunds reduce pending or qualified spend and can reverse an unsupported tier under the membership rules. Using a member discount does not automatically remove statutory cancellation, refund or cash-redemption rights. There is no automatic conversion to store credit. Paying with gift-card value does not earn that value again for the recipient; only additional qualifying cash payment can earn new spend.

The loyalty programme is not currently live. This clause describes the agreed future programme and does not promise a currently active account benefit.
