Shipping policy

The charges below are listed in GBP. If another payment currency is offered for your location, the converted amount is shown before you pay. Delivery options, eligibility and the charge for your address are confirmed at checkout.

Destinations and standard charges

Destination Estimated transit time Standard shipping (GBP)
United Kingdom 6-14 business days £10 GBP
Ireland 6-16 business days £15 GBP

The listed destinations are subject to the delivery options available at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your address is not supported.

Processing and transit

Order processing normally takes 2–4 business days for stock confirmation, preparation and inspection. Transit estimates in the table begin when the parcel is dispatched; they are separate from processing time. We will send a dispatch notification when your order leaves the warehouse.

The estimates are a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, local disruptions or carrier delays can affect arrival. Contact customerservice@acupuncture1993.com if an order is delayed, so we can help investigate. This does not limit any statutory delivery or cancellation rights.

Free shipping

Where your order qualifies for a free-shipping offer, the eligible service and any conditions will be shown at checkout. If no outward delivery fee was charged, we do not create a new outward shipping fee merely because you return the order. Returns and refunds explains the treatment of delivery charges and return postage.

Customs and import charges

Orders may be dispatched from different warehouses according to stock and destination. Where applicable, import duties or local taxes may be payable unless checkout expressly states they are included. Any amount collected by us is shown before payment. Contact us if you are unsure about a customs request; we do not promise reimbursement of third-party duties unless agreed or required by law.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check the delivery address and contact details before ordering. If a parcel is held, refused or returned to sender, contact us promptly. We will investigate the circumstances and explain any proposed, reasonable charge that is permitted by law. There is no automatic forfeiture of a refund merely because a customs or delivery problem occurs. Faulty goods, our errors and statutory cancellation rights are handled under Returns and refunds.
