These Terms apply to purchases from https://www.acupuncture1993.co.uk. The international and UK stores have separate sellers and checkouts. Your order confirmation identifies the store and seller for your order.
Orders and payment
Choose your products and sizes, review the basket and correct any details before submitting the order. Checkout shows the available delivery and payment options and the total before you pay. We send an order confirmation after the order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order or identify an error affecting it, we will contact you and explain the available resolution; any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
Prices and currency
This store uses GBP as its base currency. Product prices, shipping charges, taxes collected by us and the payment currency for your order are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout. If a local currency is offered, checkout shows the currency in which you will be charged. Prices and promotions can differ between markets and stores.
Where import duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, see Shipping policy for the applicable information. We do not apply an undisclosed optional charge without your agreement.
Delivery
Our Shipping policy sets out delivery destinations, order-processing times, transit estimates and standard charges. Processing and transit are separate. The options available for the particular order are confirmed at checkout. We will notify you when the order is dispatched and assist with delivery problems. Nothing in this policy removes a statutory delivery, cancellation or refund right.
Returns, cancellations and faulty goods
Our Returns and refunds explains how to notify a cancellation or return, the relevant timescales, return addresses, postage and refunds. Statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from ordinary change-of-mind returns. An optional guarantee does not replace or restrict those rights.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and let us know promptly if it needs correcting. We use personal information as described in our Privacy policy. Marketing subscription is separate from making a purchase; you can unsubscribe from marketing without losing essential order communications.
This store is hosted by Shopify. Information about your visits and purchases is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may be in other countries. Shopify’s services can include features based on your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. If there is a problem, contact us so we can investigate. You may also use any dispute-resolution or consumer-protection route available under the law that applies to you. We do not impose a contractual restriction that removes mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable law and updates
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
The version applicable to an order is the version in force when the order is placed. Later updates do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. You can save or print these Terms for your records.
